RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

MADE TO ORDER POLICY 

As Tingertoli garments are made to order, returns or refunds are not accepted except in cases of defects or incorrect fulfilment. 

ELIGIBLE RETURN CASES 

Damaged product received. Manufacturing defect. Incorrect item delivered. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Customized sizing or design orders. Products that have been worn, altered, or washed. 

REFUNDS 

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days post inspection. 

CANCELLATIONS 

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only if production has not commenced.
